A nonprofit organization, Utah Refugee Goats, was founded by the East African refugee communities who initially started the Goat Project and has assumed management of the goat ranch.

Together We Welcome is an ode to tradition and cultures from around the world that arrived with people who now call Utah “home.” Despite hardships and a long journey, refugees and other immigrants contribute to and enrich their new communities in the United States. The installation invites you to learn more about our newest neighbors and listen to their stories.

This year’s farming season, the South Bronx community has truly made the farm their home. As a safe space for collective gardening and engagement, the New Roots Community Farm (NRCF) has flourished and grown stronger roots!
