Working as a Ugandan welder has enabled Rahma to support herself and her sister, and even send money back home to their mother. But as a woman in an industry dominated by men, getting started wasn’t easy.  Even some of Rahma’s current colleagues didn’t believe in her when she said. “I said yes, if you can learn that means that I will also learn!
